Alex Epperly, MA, is leading virtual (online through SecureVideo) groups for teens and young adults with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The groups target executive functioning, with a focus on learning skills such as time management, prioritization, planning, organization, mental flexibility, self-regulation, and problem-solving. 

Each session includes motivational strategies to promote success, in-session exercises for applying the skills to real-life situations, and strategies to practice prior to the next session.
