Dr. Saylor’s anxiety groups for women are interactive and experiential – all focused on translating the latest science related to anxiety and anxiety treatment into practical language and actions that lead to positive change.  Participants set exposure-based, achievable goals, which they implement and update at each session. This group has a variety of experienced members who share freely about what has worked for them. Highly supportive, yet always challenging, this group will assist participants in reaching their goals.  Women in the group experience social support and reinforcement.

This group will be led by Dr. Keith Saylor.

Schedule and Cost:  Thursday nights, 60-75 minutes once/month, $125 per group
